In the Spotlight

Media:

Radio 6 Music in the car, and digital marketing podcasts for running and general thinking time.

Experience:

Ah - so many! The start and finish line of the world gig rowing championships in the Scilly Isles probably up there at the top.

Places:

Anywhere on the Pembrokeshire coastline, I'm happy when I'm walking the coast path or exploring the hidden bays.

Food:

Quinoa, home made almond milk. Seriously.

Drinks:

G&T - ideally multiple.

Hobby:

Reading an eclectic mix of mindfulness books and SEO tomes, running (just for fitness, rarely for pleasure)!

Afternoon:

Probably crabbing and rock pooling with my daughter.

Quote:

"I woke up. I have clothes to wear. I have running water. I have food to eat. Life is good. I am thankful."

Bright spot:

Some secret glimpses of the limelight with various appearances in BBC Wales based documentaries in the 90s. Fortunately pre-digital and therefore never to be surfaced!

Twitter:

@clairecarlile - but rarely there!
